I was struggling with insomnia at the time, and Mine took this into consideration and we focused on that for my first session. I've got to say I slept very well that night! I would highly recommend Mine.

I hadn't a glue what it would be like but Mine was great, she helped me with all the poses and more importantly showed me easier versions to start off with. Her classes are good fun and informal, I've been on Mondays and Wednesdays and they are ideal for beginners like me. I would recommend her classes.
